So, haven't posted in a while. Yah, I know. I'm busy and have Premier League and La Liga to watch. Anyways, I'm in Vegas right now (YAY!), and man, things are rough here. I'm at Mandalay Bay, where, last night we had to get a manager over to get a $10 shot comped, and now I'm having a $4 coffee and $9 berries at the cafe. Apparently, Wifi isn't free here. Instead it's $525.00 dollars (!!!)I'm guessing that's a typo. Either way, I talked to the manager and they don't offer free Wifi, even to paying customers in the restaurant who are staying at the hotel and are gold premier plus diamond level in loyalty, which I am. In the era of perfect information and unlimited choice, customer service will win the day. Mandalay Bay, get it together man!
